Ingrediencie:

• 20 ml Kavalero
• 30 ml Irish whiskey
• 80 ml hot filtered coffee
• 10 ml sugar syrup
• 40 ml heavy cream (33%)

Method:

Mix the whiskey, Kavalero, syrup, and coffee directly in a heat-resistant stemmed glass. Carefully layer the whipped cream on top. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
