SHAKERATO

A reinvented classic inspired by famous campari shakerato served for over 100 years at Camparino in Galleria. Indentical beverage served all over Italy or Greece simply based on espresso called espresso shakerato were the basis under which we have put this cocktail together in combination with pomegranate juice to highlight the fruity and acidic character as well as homage to the original cocktail that includes famous italian bitter that add a lovely element of blood orange.

Ingredients:

40 ml KAVALERO
35 ml Ródi Pomegranate
5 ml Campari

Instructions:

Fill the shaker with ice and put in all ingredients. Shake thoroughly and pour into the stemless glass. Garnish with a lemon coin.
