ET YUZU
Ingredients:
- 40 ml KAVALERO
- 1 ristretto
- 100 ml tonic
- 20 ml yuzu puree (or orange fresh)
- ice
Instructions:
Fill a shaker with ice, add in KAVALERO, ristretto and yuzu puree. Shake well and strain into a tall glass with ice. Top up with tonic and gently stir. Garnish with a slice of orange.
